So during my spare classes I was fixing up some of the Christmas decorations when the power when out at our reception desk. At the reception desk there are four computers, three of which were impacted, and the entire set-up for the internet -all lost.
I had visited the fuse box once before but this time was quite different.
There is a sliding bookshelf in the library with a door behind it. Behind that door is a small cooridor leading to a locked room. The room has many windows with slats left open, so it was cold.
After fiddling around I went to close the window and that was when I discovered the bird.
A pigeon flew out from some leftover tubing and couldn't escape out the window.
It's no surprise there's a bird in there, it was cover in feathers and bird droppings.
I suggested to the director that we build a bird house in there. She agreed. Construction of the bird house will probably begin not long after Christmas.
