I actually do love the test days.
The students are pretty well behaved, the room is quiet, and after the test we are free to do games, colouring sheets, or word searches.
For my younger elementary class I printed some Pokemon card templates for them. They all seem to really like Pokemon (our class mascot is a Pikachu), and they got so into making the cards.
My older elementary class played Scrabble after. One student even played the word "exit" on a double word score, connecting the 't' to the word "table" making "tablet" and racking up like 36 points.
So really, after the tests I guess we just do things I love.
