Top Three for an Easy Monday

What an easy Monday. It's basically already Thursday, maybe even Friday! I only teach three classes tomorrow, and there's a big party for Chuseok going on too! I'm actually leaving early with the director to go submit my application for my alien residency card at the end of the day.

Today had some interesting moments. Here's my top three:

1.Went out for a delicious Japanese-Korean fusion meal after work. It was amazing. Especially after having the girls in my oldest class talked about how good fried chicken is and how badly they want it.

2. Three more perfect marks on the vocabulary test today for the class who does actions for each word. This unit featured 'chew', closing and opening your mouth showing teeth, 'fetch', throwing an imaginary ball, 'coat', putting on a fake coat, 'canned', opening a can, 'mammal', miming a pregnant belly, and more.

3.Witnessed the beautiful irony of a student deck out with a "New York" branded hat and shirt come across the word "New York" in a book and find himself struggling and come up with "New Ort"
