I was planning on going out on my bike today, but it was a mix of extreme wind chill and air pollution.
I stayed in and did some paintings.
My only escape was to go and get some kimbap for an early dinner. I was pretty gross outside and there were not many people out. Even though the restaurant is close, I took my bike to be safe.
